I stated in a previous article that I am working on a Star Trek novel called Ingenium. Here are the first two scenes. These occur before Captain Picard's promotion to Admiral that I posted before. Bear with me: this is a work in progress. Enjoy!

I have been a huge fan of Star Trek since the 1970s. I have read Star Trek novels for years, and I always dreamed of writing one. GNU/Linux has given me a lot of free tools to do so. In this brief teaser, I'll give you info on some of the tools that I use, and the status of the novel.
